Dear Friend,

At Holly Ridge, the health and safety of our customers and staff is important to us. Like you, in recent weeks, we have spent considerable time learning more about the Coronavirus and are focusing our efforts on the well being of our customers and staff. We are committed to being a leader in the golf community by maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our employees and our customers. We are taking dramatic steps to ensure everyone’s health, well being and safety by making changes to our operations protocol.

Weather permitting, the golf course is open for play with the following changes in place to eliminate ‘touch points’. We have removed all bunker rakes and flag sticks from the course. Also, golf carts and rental push carts will not be available for use.

For those interested in using the practice range, we have introduced additional protocols. All range balls are washed prior to being dispensed and all baskets have been sanitized. When you have finished, we ask that you take your basket and put it in the designated container so it can be sanitized prior to the next person using it. The range machine key pad will be sterilized on a regular basis throughout the day. Additionally, we ask that you maintain a safe distance from other players on the range by alternating stalls.

We also realize that many of our customers would appreciate different options when paying for their green fees or range balls. We currently have 2 options for payment:
  1. The golf shop will remain open. We will allow only 1 person at a time to come into the shop to make payment.
  2. Call us when you arrive in the parking lot and we can process your payment over the phone with a credit card.

In the very near future, we will be releasing a Holly Ridge App that will be available for download on your phone. In addition to a digital scorecard and GPS capabilities while playing, there will be a function for mobile check-in once you have arrived on property. Stay tuned for that release as we are close to finalizing the setup.

Realizing this is a very trying time for everyone, we appreciate your continued support. Please let us know if you have any questions related to the current procedures or the upcoming season.
