Each weekly menu typically includes a fresh salad, a comforting soup, and two satisfying entrées, with gluten-free options available to accommodate a variety of dietary needs. Meals are prepared to be either enjoyed immediately or stored for later, giving you flexibility throughout the week.
For this week’s Holly Ridge Prepared Meals, guests can look forward to thoughtfully crafted dishes such as grilled salmon served with jasmine rice and garlic broccoli with a mushroom and pepper medley, a pesto chicken berry salad with strawberries, blueberries, cucumber, red onion, and toasted walnuts, and pork tenderloin with light gravy, caramelized onions, wilted spinach, and roasted potatoes. A hearty corn chowder is also available by the quart.
The order window is open from Wednesday, April 22 to Saturday, April 25, with pickup available on Wednesday, April 29 — making it simple to plan ahead for wholesome, heart-healthy meals all week long.
