Meet the Staff

Jean Enright - Class A LPGA Head Golf Professional

Jean has worked for the current owners of Holly Ridge since August, 1994  and came to Cape Cod in March 1995 when they bought Holly Ridge.  She began as a teaching professional and assistant to the head professional.  2006 begins Jean's sixth season as Head Golf Professional.  Although most of her time is spent in the daily management of the facility, she still enjoys teaching and keeps some time open for private instruction. 

Jean enjoyed a fun and successful amateur career prior to turning professional.  She was a member of three Massachusetts Griscom Cup Teams, medalist and runner-up in the 1993 State Women's Amateur Championship and winner of the 1993 Massachusetts Women's Stroke Play Championship.  She has brought her enthusiasm and love of the game to the professional side of golf.

DeLayne Pascal - Class A LPGA Teaching Professional

DeLayne is returning to Holly Ridge for her ninth season.  Her enthusiasm for teaching is infectious and her teaching style complements all levels of students.  DeLayne handles the majority of our lesson program, including private instruction, adult and junior groups, club fitting appointments and our Free Saturday Clinics.  She is co-director of our LPGA-USGA Girls Golf Program. 

Prior to entering the golf profession, DeLayne was a product manager with Rocket Research Company, a subsidiary of Olin Aerospace.  So for those of you who don't think golf is rocket science, see DeLayne.

Al Comeau - Greenskeeper

Al came to Holly Ridge in March, 2001 after working twenty years at cummaquid Golf Club in Yarmouth Port.  He spent 15 of those years as Greenskeeper.  Al acquired his Turf Certificate from the University of Georgia and was the first person to pass the course in its infancy.  He is a member of the golf Course Manager's Association of Cape Cod.

Al's vast knowledge of the game of golf definitely contributes to his success as a greenskeeper.  He holds an MGA handicap of 4.  His favorite overall golf course is Myopia Golf Clubn in Hamilton, MA.  Sankaty Head on Nantucket and Oyster Harbors in Osterville are his favorite Cape Cod golf courses.  His favorite part of the job:  "Arriving at sunrise.  It's the best time of the day.  Peaceful and quiet."

Rose Pilkington - Food & Beverage Manager

Rose's infectious personality has made the restaurant and bar at Holly Ridge a fun place to be over the past ten years.  Rose arrived at Holly Ridge in April, 1996 after working as Food & Beverage Manager at Bay Pointe Golf Course in Onset for many years.  Rose and her staff serve up great food everyday and are ready to serve your needs for lunch or dinner, golf outings, parties, small weddings and more.  Join Rose and her staff on Friday nights for our Friday Seafood Fest (other offerings too!) and karaoke.
